The Democrats are attempting to gaslight you into believing that Kamala Harris is a moderate—a political creature that has been mostly extinct in the Democrat Party for a couple of decades now.
Don’t let them hoodwink you. The facts say otherwise, no matter how much gaslighting Kamala’s leftist handlers attempt to foist on voters.
A trip into Kamala’s political past is edifying and reveals a history of socialist/Marxist behavior—a political bearing she inherited from her Marxist parents and which she still exhibits behind closed doors when she isn’t lying about her Marxist views to potential voters on the campaign trail.
Take a look at how various political watchdog groups have rated her during her time as a California Senator.
- The leftist Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) group gave Harris a perfect 100% score based on her Senate voting record in 2017 and 2018.
- Harris earned a 90% ACLU voting record for leftist causes in the 116th Congress from 2019 to 2020, and during the 117th Congress, the ACLU gave Harris a 100% voting record on leftwing legislation.
- In its 2019 report card, the nonpartisan GovTrack.us watchdog organization ranked Harris the most liberal senator in the Senate—100 out of 100, even left of Bernie Sanders an avowed socialist, who ranked 99 out of 100.
- Harris’s lifetime ACLU approval rating stands at 93%, and she has received a perfect 100% lifetime rating from both the NAACP and Planned Parenthood.
- Emily’s List, the leftwing PAC that works to elect leftist Democrat women who support unrestricted abortion rights, recently endorsed Harris.
Just before Harris left the Senate in December 2020 to become Joe Biden’s vice president, one of her last votes was in favor of the gargantuan $2.3 trillion omnibus funding and COVID response package—legislation that economists say is largely at fault for the 20 percent inflationary spiral that has put millions of American families in devastating economic peril.
But let’s not stop there. During her 2019 presidential run in a CNN town hall, Harris called for a complete ban on fracking and said she was proud to be one of the original sponsors of the Green New Deal resolution. Either of those positions could come back to bite her in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, where natural gas production is a major industry.
Harris has also said taxpayers should provide free health insurance plans to illegal immigrants, and she has called for the complete elimination of private health plans relied upon by approximately 177 million Americans, the vast majority of whom are happy with their existing arrangements.
Unbelievably, Harris wants the government to replace all of it. The cost of those schemes is estimated to be more than $3 trillion annually. If added to all the other deficit-shattering federal expenditures, it would require crushing tax increases on all Americans. If you thought soaring 20 percent inflation was bad since the Biden regime took power, just imagine trillions in new and additional spending piled atop the Biden-Harris inflation-fueling spree.
Of course, thanks to our state-run media, that position, as well as her job as “border czarina,” are being purposely obscured. Under her watch job as border czarina, Harris allowed at least ten million migrants to enter our country illegally—ostensibly to replace middle-class Democrat voters who have defected to the Republican Party.
Harris and the media want you to believe Kamala never even said the word “fracking” and that her support for the Green New Deal was inert.
There’s a lot more the legacy media is working overtime to cover up on Kamala’s behalf. For example, on the campaign trail in 2019, Harris committed to supporting a carbon tax and called for the end of government subsidies for the fossil fuels industry. Her plan specifically called for the federal government to pass the Climate Equity Act, a bill she proposed with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), which would require the government to consider the effects of any environmental legislation or regulation on low-income communities. She also vowed to ensure corporations “appropriately assess and disclose risks from climate change.”
Today, Harris and her campaign are trying to show that the radical leftwing wish list she embraced during her failed bid for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2020 never existed or has been “moderated.”
Those include hair-brained extremist ideas such as a single-payer healthcare program, the decriminalization of illegal entry to the US, plans to defund the police and eliminate Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and an increase of capital gains taxes on small businesses.
Then there is this weird Harris idea: She introduced a massive giveaway policy to support the middle class, such as a $3,000 refundable tax credit for those making $50,000 or less a year and a $6,000 credit to couples making $100,000 or less.
Nothing like adding another trillion dollars to the national debt, eh, Kamala?
Recently, FactCheck.org, a component of the Annenberg Public Policy Center, did a deep dive into some of the lies Harris has been using in her attacks on her opponent, Donald Trump.
For example, FactCheck.org said Harris repeated the claim in several campaign speeches that former President Donald Trump “intends to cut Social Security and Medicare,” even though he did not attempt to cut either retirement program when he was president and has said that he will not cut them in a second term.
The organization also reported that Harris is stealing at least one of Trump’s campaign promises–to end income taxes on tips for restaurant workers, drivers, hotel maids, and other service workers. Trump was the first to come up with that idea, not Harris.
FactCheck.org found that Harris has also referred to Project 2025 — a conservative plan for deeply cutting and overhauling the federal government — as Trump’s “extreme Project 2025 agenda.” Trump has disavowed the project, which he described as “seriously extreme.”
The organization also reported that in recent speeches, Harris has repeated a popular talking point that “Donald Trump openly vowed, if reelected, that he will be a dictator on Day 1.”
Harris was referring to a comment that Trump made at a Fox News town hall last December. At the event, Sean Hannity gave Trump the chance to respond to critics who warned that if elected to a second term, Trump would be a dictator.
“Under no circumstances, you are promising America tonight, you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody,” Hannity said.
Trump responded, “Except for Day 1. On day 1 we’re closing the border. And we’re drilling, drilling, drilling. After that, I’m not a dictator.”
FactCheck.org also found that Harris continues to lie about Trump being at fault for the loss of “tens of thousands” of manufacturing jobs.
“So, Donald Trump tries to claim he brought back American manufacturing,” Harris said. “The fact is, under Donald Trump, America lost tens of thousands of manufacturing jobs.”
FactCheck.org found that those jobs were lost during the global COVID-19 pandemic. As of February 2020, however, the U.S. had added 414,000 manufacturing jobs under Trump, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But then the economic effects of the pandemic took hold. In April 2020 alone, the U.S. lost 1.3 million manufacturing jobs due directly to COVID-19—hardly Trump’s fault.
Then, there is her mendacious complicity in the disgraceful deception about Joe Biden’s mental and physical condition. She and others in the Biden cabinet have been aware of Biden’s cognitive decline for years, yet chose to cover it up until Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama engineered a bloodless coup d’etat and shoved the hapless president into retirement.
Kamala Harris seems devoid of character, given her history of flip-flopping on countless unpopular political and economic policies and her calculated coverup of the feckless president’s condition.
She is a political chameleon. Republicans need to make swing voters aware of her Marxist agenda as she and her minders attempt to portray her as a moderate Democrat.
There is nothing moderate about this woman. She is as radical as they come.
Republicans need to emphasize that Donald Trump, not Kamala Harris, is the moderate in the 2024 battle for the White House.
Given the fact that most of America’s news media are 100 percent behind her, pushing the phony “moderate” label her handlers have invented while she prevaricates and deceives voters, I am not confident.
